Terms of Service

By accessing or using Greedy Insider, creating an account, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

Greedy Insider is a financial data platform that aggregates, organizes, and displays publicly available trading-disclosure information sourced from filings made with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) — primarily Form 4 and Schedule 13D filings — and from congressional financial disclosures required by the STOCK Act. The Service presents this public data alongside derived analytics, including the “Greedyness Score” (a composite score that reflects structural characteristics of a filing, for example filer role, transaction size, timing, and clustering).

What the Service is not. Greedy Insider is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary. The Service does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage services, or any form of personalized advice. Greedyness Scores and other analytics are informational indicators only and do not predict future price movements or guarantee any outcome.

All information made available through the Service is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and should not be relied upon as, financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor as an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any investment strategy.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of any data, analytics, or content on the Service. You should consult a licensed financial advisor, broker, attorney, or tax professional before making any investment decision. Past performance and historical patterns are not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that any reliance you place on the Service is strictly at your own risk.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you, including any securities and financial regulations in your country, state, or region. The Service is not directed to any person in any jurisdiction where its availability or use would be contrary to applicable law. If access is prohibited where you are located, you must not use the Service.

Some features require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your password confidential and notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable fees, including recurring fees, to your selected payment method.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) until cancelled. Fees are stated at the point of purchase and may change with prior notice; any change will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then.

Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused features. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund in individual cases.

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means (including bots, spiders, or scripts) to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Service without our prior written permission;
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, republish, or otherwise make available the Service’s data, analytics, or content to third parties, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise;
• Access the Service through any interface other than those we provide, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

The Service—including its software, design, user interface, branding, Greedyness Scores, derived analytics, and all related content (excluding the underlying public SEC data)—is owned by Greedy Insider and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

The underlying SEC Form 4 filing data is public domain information published by the U.S. government and is not claimed as our proprietary content. However, our selection, arrangement, scoring, presentation, and aggregation of that data, as well as the platform and user interface, are proprietary to us.

The data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party filings and feeds, including SEC EDGAR. While we strive to present accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data, including SEC filing data, derived scores, or stock price information.

Filings may be delayed, incomplete, contain errors at the source, or be amended after publication. Data is provided “as is” and “as available.” You should independently verify any information before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Greedy Insider, its owners, operators, affiliates, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

We are not liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or financial decisions made by you based on data, analytics, scores, or content shown on the Service. You assume full responsibility for your investment decisions. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred euros (€100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greedy Insider and its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

The Service integrates with or relies on third-party services and providers, including but not limited to TradingView (for charts), payment processors, authentication providers, and data feeds. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices.

Third-party services are provided for your convenience, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of any third-party service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information and the rights you have under the GDPR. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. You can manage your consent and privacy preferences at any time through the privacy controls available within the Service.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
