Greedy Insider
Insider Filing Research: Weekly Brief and Studies
Greedy Insider research: a weekly brief of the strongest insider filings and quarterly studies with original numbers. As of 2026, 0 weekly briefs and 0 studies are published, each figure linked to the primary filings.
Weekly brief
Every week we rank open-market Form 4 activity with the Greediness Score and write up the Strong filings, one per company, with stable links a newsletter or video can cite. The URL pattern is the same every week, so the brief is easy to subscribe to or embed. Each featured filing names who traded, how much, how fast, and whether other insiders moved with them, and every number links back to the primary SEC record.
Quarterly studies
Twice a quarter we publish original numbers: the Form 4 transaction mix (how much of all insider activity is actually open-market buying versus awards and tax withholding), how many companies had an insider cluster buy, and the median congressional disclosure lag. The methodology sits on each page and every figure links to the filings behind it, so the work is reproducible rather than a headline.
How to cite this
Journalists and creators are welcome to quote these figures with a link back. The links are stable, the numbers are dated, and the methodology is public. If you want the underlying filings for a figure, follow the per-figure links on each study.
